A lot has gone on in my months apart from TFOT, and I think it's completely safe for me to admit, I will never be returning to tour with them. Yes, EVER.
I am over the situation, I am over a certain someone's B.S. and the way said person continues to treat his so-called "friends". Myself and several of my closest friends deeply included. I am over even being associated with them. Though my love for the majority of the people in the crew and band is still strong and I will still be there for them no matter what.
I want to take a minute to thank everyone who was so nice to me on the road, so nice to me via the internet, and you guys always did bring a smile to my face in both aspects. But now it's time for me to retreat completely into my life as it is now, and say my goodbye.
Thank you a million times for all the support, and please continue to go see this band and support them and all bands doing what they do, it's tough shit and all the support helps.

So, it's been a few months since I announced that I was going on an indefinite hiatus from my merch status, and it's gone by really fast. It's been really hard on me the last few months... not being on tour felt really strange at first and still kinda does. I miss the guys a lot and don't talk to any of them nearly enough, but I still love them all like brothers. I am very proud of everything they are doing and happy to see them happy and successful.
As for me, I went back to my "normal job" as an assistant manager at Zumiez in my hometown. It's been really good and I am really excited for the upcoming Mt. Baker season opening so I can go shred with my boss and friends. I am going to be working at the Seattle Ski and Snowboarding Expo this weekend which is awesome. I am happy, getting healthy and things are going well.
As for my future in touring, I can't really say right now. Things are just too up in the air and I really would like to go back to school and get a degree in Ecology/Environmental Studies. Time will only tell...
I really want to thank anyone and everyone was has asked me how I am doing or sent me any sort of warm wishes... It really does mean a lot to me. You all still mean a lot to me, and it's sad not to get to see you all at the shows.

I just wanted to write a general thing letting you all know that I won't be out on the next few tours. In fact I am unsure of when I will be returning to my merch position for them.
The reason for my departure is due to issues I have been avoiding dealing with at home for some time, mostly with money and my health. I currently can not afford to go out on this next tour and the European tour.
All of this is really saddening to me, I have gotten to know a lot of you on a personal level and I will be really sad not to get to see you on the upcoming tours. What is even more sad is leaving my brothers: Andrew, Thomas, Tim, Ron and Shay.
The past year and a half I have spent with these guys has been amazing. I wouldn't trade what I've gained from it for the world. I hope no one holds any hard feelings towards me about this and you all will continue to support them and get to know and love who ever takes my place as much as you did me.
You all really are a big part of my life and will remain that in the time I am not working with TFOT.
